Call for Volunteers: NEOCNS 2025 Conference Planning Committee

We are seeking a few volunteers to be part of the 2025 Annual NEOCNS Fall Conference Planning Committee.

 

Commitment: 

• Monthly meetings initially (starting at the end of Jan.), then bi-monthly and as-needed meetings closer to the conference. (Meeting days/times will be based on group suggestions, final scheduled dates determined by chair and co-chair.)
• Attendance at the conference and support day of, set up, and take down as needed.
• Provides assistance in project management of event planning and report out after event.
• Ability to complete tasks as delegated by Chair and Co-Chair (example - arrange hotel blocks)

3. Ideas for the fall conference (location, topics, theme etc.)
4. Confirmation of commitment for 1 year (Jan-Dec 2025)
5. Please put “NEOCNS Conference Planning Committee” in the e-mail subject line

 

Deadline to volunteer: December 20, 2024

• Volunteers notified of acceptance to join the committee by January 3, 2025
• First meeting tentatively scheduled for January 16, 2025 @ 2 pm
• Volunteers must be members of NEOCNS
